Job Description
Our client is recruiting for a Head of Rolling Mill to provide end-to-end technical leadership for TMT and wire rod production operations. This role requires an expert with deep hands-on knowledge of rolling mill machinery, process optimization, metallurgical parameters, automation systems, and equipment revamping. The ideal candidate will drive technology upgrades, ensure high-precision production, and maintain robust operational reliability while leading a technically strong team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete technical revamping and modernization of the existing rolling mill.
- Oversee the installation, commissioning, and integration of a new wire rod mill.
- Evaluate and select advanced technologies, automation systems, and control solutions (e.g., PLCs, drives, SCADA).
