As our International Head of Retail, you will be the architect of MiiN's retail experience across Europe. You will own the end-to-end strategy and execution for 50+ stores, leading a high‑performing team of Area Managers and driving sustainable, profitable growth across multiple markets.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who combines strategic vision with a hands‑on, entrepreneurial mindset, someone who thrives in a fast-growing, multicultural environment and is as comfortable presenting to the board as they are walking a shop floor.
