Head of Quality Development (Helsinki, Tallinn)
Overview
Lead and evolve how quality is built into Elisa’s digital services.
Location: Helsinki, Finland or Tallinn, Estonia (with regular travel to Helsinki).
Main responsibilities
- Lead and develop the highly capable Quality Development team with a strong focus on people leadership and continuous improvement
- Act as a change leader across Digital Services and related businesses, influencing stakeholders around the organization
- Shape and evolve Elisa’s approach to quality and agility, including quality engineering, test automation, and modern development practices
- Build and communicate a clear vision for how quality evolves in an increasingly AI-driven world, including AI-driven development and quality in AI-based products
- Plan and implement digital change management process
