We are looking for a Head of Quality Development to lead and evolve how quality is built into Elisa’s digital services.
About the role
In this role, you will have a key part in shaping how we develop digital services at scale by combining a strong vision for quality and agility, modern approaches, collaboration with business and emerging AI-driven ways of working. Rather than leading a separate transformation, you will act as a change leader within Elisa’s ongoing evolution, influencing how teams, leaders, and stakeholders collaborate and build quality in digital development.
You will lead your own team and play a key role in driving change across organizational boundaries. You will also define how quality is embedded into development in a way that improves flow, reliability, and customer experience in the age of AI.
