Job Description
About the Role We are expanding our residential rooftop solar operations across Odisha and need a practical, hands-on Project Leader based in Bhubaneswar. Your main job is to take confirmed residential sales orders (mostly premium 3kW to 5kW residential systems) and get them installed, commissioned, and connected to the grid quickly without compromising on safety or structural quality.
You will be actively managing our field supervisors, keeping external installation vendors in line, tracking local inventory, and dealing directly with DISCOMs to get net-meters approved. Prior experience managing residential rooftop solar projects is mandatory.
What You Will Actually Do Day-to-Day:
End to End Project Execution : Oversee the day-to-day deployment of multiple residential rooftop solar projects simultaneously across Bhubaneswar and key Odisha districts. Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to premium quality standards.
