Head of Platform Engineering (w/m)
Pensum: 80-100%
Start: immediately or by appointment

Location: Zurich area (Urdorf)
Main Tasks
- Lead and develop the Platform Engineering team (approx. 8 people)
- Own the strategy, architecture and roadmap of our CDM Cloud Platform (Kubernetes)
- Ensure availability, reliability, security and scalability of the platform
- Drive automation, infrastructure as code and GitOps across the organization
- Foster a strong engineering culture and mentor team members
- Collaborate with development, security, operations and infrastructure leadership on cross-team initiatives
- Manage budget, vendors and capacity planning for the platform
