Overview

Working together as part of the local Management Team, reporting to VP P&C Spain, the Head of P&C Function Local acts as an operational partner for local functional management including life cycle execution.

You would work closely with local management, as well as other local & global P&C counterparts to ensure local P&C processes in alignment with global P&C guidelines. Your role would be to add value to the local functional success.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of P&C Business Partners & P&C Administrators in a large country
• Oversee the entire employee life cycle and talent management processes in a big country, and ensure alignment with overall business and global P&C strategy
• Act as a business partner and consultant to the local Management for all P&C related topics, providing guidance and support on a range of overall P&C issues, including Organizational Design and Development, Personnel Planning/Budget, ...
