My client is looking for a strategic leader to drive partner engagement across individual donors, corporate partners, and faith communities—focusing on both acquiring new supporters and deepening loyalty with existing ones to maximize long-term commitment to their mission.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partner Engagement Strategy

• Develop the overarching strategy to attract, engage, and retain partners across donors, corporations, and churches.
• Identify new ways to deepen relationships with partners to maximize their long‑term support.
• Ensure strategies are aligned with the organization’s priorities and fundraising goals.

2. Portfolio Leadership

• Lead and support three specific teams: Donor Retention, Corporate Relations, and Faith Partnerships.
• Ensure each team achieves its fundraising and supporter engagement targets.
