Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee overall estate operations, infrastructure, and utilities.
- Ensure the smooth operation of roads, drainage, parking areas, and common facilities.
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Build strong relationships with tenants and resolve operational issues.
- Supervise tenant fit-out, renovation, and construction activities.
- Manage traffic and logistics flow within the estate.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and company policies.
- Lead vendors, contractors, and service providers to deliver high-quality services.
- Control operational budgets and drive cost efficiency.
- Identify risks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Property Management, or related fields.
