Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all back‑office operations covering trade booking, settlement and reconciliations.
• Manage and develop an offshore operations team while remaining hands‑on where required.
• Act as the key point of contact with prime brokers, counterparties and clearing members.
• Partner with fund administrators on trade breaks, shadow NAV and month‑end processes.
