Job Description
The Head of Marketing – Spain will lead the overall marketing strategy and execution across the Spanish market for the William Hill and 888 brands.
This role is responsible for driving customer acquisition, brand growth and marketing performance across all digital channels, while owning and managing the overall Spanish marketing budget and external agency relationships.
As a key member of the Spanish Commercial leadership team, the Head of Marketing will work closely with central functions including Brand, Performance Marketing, Media Buying, CRM, BI, Product and Global Marketing Services to ensure all marketing activity is aligned with commercial objectives and market opportunities.
The successful candidate will combine strong strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution, bringing deep expertise in digital marketing, acquisition performance, brand positioning and stakeholder management within a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.
