Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the organization’s digital technology roadmap
Lead enterprise IT operations across cloud, infrastructure, networks, workplace technology, and enterprise platforms
Drive digitization, automation, self-service, and operational modernization initiatives
Evaluate and implement AI / Generative AI solutions to improve productivity and efficiency
