Job Description
Our client is a mid-sized statutory/government-linked organisation in Singapore. They are looking for a senior HR leader to head their HR function. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full spectrum of HR strategies covering talent acquisition, onboarding, L&D, retention, and employee relations
- Develop and implement HR policies, performance appraisal frameworks, and employee handbooks
- Build competitive Reward & Recognition programmes to retain top talent
- Oversee accurate payroll processing and CPF contributions
- Handle grievances, dispute resolution, and collective bargaining where applicable
- Drive HR digitalisation and process improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and regulations
- Partner with external stakeholders to build talent and intern pipelines
- Support leadership in employee engagement, wellness, and culture-building initiatives
