Job Description
Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement a forward-looking HR strategy aligned with Equalbaseโs global business objectives and growth plans.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic HR business partner to the CEO, Board, and country leadership teams across all four markets.
- Lead organizational design and workforce planning initiatives to support business scalability and operational efficiency.
- Champion a culture of high performance, inclusion, and employee engagement across all global offices.
Talent Acquisition & Management
- Oversee end-to-end regional talent acquisition strategies, ensuring attraction of top-tier talent across Singapore, Germany, South Korea, and Malaysia.
- Design and implement robust succession planning and talent pipeline frameworks for critical roles.
- Lead employer branding initiatives to position Equalbase as an employer of choice in each market.
