PrimeLash is looking for a results-driven Head of Growth to lead our marketing team and drive customer acquisition, retention, bookings, and revenue across all branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead marketing strategy, campaigns, paid ads, CRM, and promotions
• Develop strategies to increase bookings and customer retention
• Track performance, analytics, KPIs, and revenue growth
• Lead and manage the marketing team

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of relevant experience as a Marketing Head, CSR Team Leader, Growth Lead, or similar leadership role
• Strong leadership, marketing, and analytical skills
• Results-driven and growth-focused
