Job Description
BullSwipe is hiring a Head of growth to build the commercial nervous system from zero.
Weโre looking for the person who ensures BullSwipe knows exactly where users came from, where they drop, what actions they take, and which channels produce real activated spenders. Your job is to make every user, channel, campaign, creator, partner, referral, and paid touchpoint measurable from first click to first spend and repeat spend.
You will own the event taxonomy, attribution setup, UTM and campaign naming system, MMP implementation, analytics QA, dashboarding, funnel reporting, source-level performance visibility, and the operating rhythm for weekly growth decisions.
You report to the CMO and work directly with product, engineering, lifecycle, paid media, and partnerships so BullSwipe can run the read-and-act loop from launch day.
