What is The Role?
We're looking for a talented Head of Growth who loves creating strategy and “turning the dials” on Meta and Google for eCommerce. The right person for this role already has a playbook for growth and geeks out on media buying, creatives, and marketing offers. As a teammate, your love language is supporting, coaching, executing, and advancing; understanding which situations call for one or a combination of those verbs. You’ll report to the CEO and have similar touchpoints with other leaders in the company.
