The Opportunity

Reporting to senior leadership, you will provide strategic oversight of the Group's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Compliance functions, serving as a trusted advisor to the Board and business leaders on risk, governance, and regulatory matters that enable sustainable business growth.

You will be responsible for continuously enhancing the Group's Enterprise Risk Management framework, strengthening governance and internal controls, and ensuring the organization maintains a robust compliance culture across its diverse businesses.

Key responsibilities include:
