About the Role We are looking for a visionary and strategic Head of Global Programming to lead the programming function across Creators HQ and the 1 Billion Followers Summit. This role is responsible for defining the global programming vision, shaping high‑impact agendas, and building world‑class experiences that bring together the most influential creators, platforms, brands, and industry leaders. This role is ideal for someone who understands content, creators, and culture at the highest level, and can translate that into programming that is relevant, bold, and globally impactful.
