This role involves leading a multi-disciplined team responsible for the entire engineering lifecycle of complex mechanical systems, ensuring that all systems are delivered correctly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate should possess a degree in engineering, preferably with Chartered Engineer status, and proven leadership experience in large-scale production settings. The position requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage risks effectively within a regulated environment.
