Head of Engineering & Continuous Improvement
Responsibilities
- Lead Process Engineering and Project Engineering teams.
- Drive productivity, efficiency and cost reduction initiatives across manufacturing.
- Implement Lean manufacturing methodologies, including Kaizen, SMED, TPM, 5S, Standard Work and Value Stream Mapping.
- Improve OEE/OLE, reduce waste, changeover times and manufacturing costs.
- Develop operational KPIs and performance dashboards.
- Lead CAPEX projects from concept through commissioning.
- Develop manufacturing capacity plans to support business growth.
