Head of Engineering & Continuous Improvement

Responsibilities Lead Process Engineering and Project Engineering teams. Drive productivity, efficiency and cost reduction initiatives across manufacturing. Implement Lean manufacturing methodologies, including Kaizen, SMED, TPM, 5 S, Standard Work and Value Stream Mapping. Improve OEE/OLE, reduce waste, changeover times and manufacturing costs. Develop operational KPIs and performance dashboards. Lead CAPEX projects from concept through commissioning. Develop manufacturing capacity plans to support business growth. Identify and implement automation opportunities. Evaluate equipment investments and infrastructure improvements. Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, risks and startup activities.
