Token Factory gives builders the tools to issue programmable assets natively on Bitcoin's security layer. The Head of Ecosystem Growth turns those technical capabilities into a developer ecosystem.
What You Will Own- Define and own Mintlayer's ecosystem strategy: developer adoption targets, grant program design, hackathon calendar, and ZK Thunder developer community development
- Design and operate the Mintlayer ecosystem grants program
- Build relationships with protocol developers, application builders, and developer community organizers
- Own ecosystem KPIs: active developers, deployed applications, TVL growth, and grant program conversion rates
