Head of Core Systems & Infrastructure Operations

Full-time Management & Operations

• Own mission‑critical core systems including infrastructure, databases, middleware, and backend platforms.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of foundational enterprise systems.
• Lead modernization of legacy infrastructure into cloud‑native, scalable architectures.
• Drive infrastructure automation, standardization, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Manage lifecycle of core systems including upgrades, migrations, and decommissioning.

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong infrastructure engineering background with deep systems‑level expertise.
• Experience managing enterprise core systems (databases, networks, compute, storage).
• Strong knowledge of cloud migration, hybrid infrastructure, and system modernization.
