Role overview:

We are looking for a seasoned controlling leader to own and steer HR and Central

Platform Opex Controlling globally, with a particular focus on our Tech and Product

organizations. Based in our Mumbai hub, you will operate as a key member of the

extended leadership team, working closely with senior stakeholders in France and India

while leading a four‑person team split across both countries.

The role spans all people‑related and central platform operating expenses, with a clear

center of gravity on technical and platform controlling (product and operations, tech

investments, and cloud platforms), which account for the majority of our central platform

spend.
