Job Vacancy: Head of Camera & Lighting - Al Jazeera
Location: Doha, Qatar
As the Head of Camera & Lighting you will be responsible for the filming and lighting of on-air news and programmes of all galleries, outside broadcast and special events.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that all cameras and camera control systems are regularly maintained and in excellent working condition liaising with Engineering to achieve the highest technical operating standards at all times. Responsible for staff supervision, training and advising Management on new materials/equipment needed to achieve operational excellence and to keep up to date with industry trends. They will be responsible for the rostering of camera operators and managing leave and sickness cover.
