We're looking for an experienced Head of Demand Generation to build and scale a predictable revenue engine for our Small & Medium Enterprise (SME) business.
If you've successfully built SDR/BD teams, created outbound engines from scratch, and driven measurable pipeline growth in IT Services, Technical Staffing, or Consulting , we'd love to connect.
What You'll Own
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of SDRs and Business Development professionals .
Design and execute a multi-channel demand generation strategy targeting SME accounts across India and the US .
Develop scalable outbound processes that consistently generate high-quality pipeline.
Own key demand generation metrics including MQLs, SQLs, Pipeline Velocity, Conversion Rates, and Forecasting .
Partner closely with Sales, Key Account Management, and leadership teams to accelerate revenue growth.
