Job Description
Hytech is seeking a Head of Algorithmic Trading Quants to lead development, optimization, and strategic direction of our algorithmic trading capabilities. You will oversee the full lifecycle from research to production, partnering with Trading, Technology, Risk, and Product teams to ensure robust performance and risk controls.
