We're looking for a **Head of Accounting**—someone who not only knows their way around a balance sheet but also understands that finance is about shaping strategy, not just closing the books.
**What You’ll Be Owning**:
- ** Leading and developing** the accounting team, ensuring we stay compliant, efficient, and ahead of the curve.
- ** Ensure smooth operations** across **monthly reporting, payroll, incoming invoices, tax & VAT reporting.**:
- ** Own and optimize our internal controls framework**, working closely with Compliance & Assurance.
- ** Optimizing processes**, finding efficiencies, and making sure we’re leveraging the best solutions, tools and tech.
