Key job responsibilities
• Ensure the route capacity to fulfill customer demand whilst continuing to meet defined performance and quality targets are met.
• Analyzing and monitoring operational and financial performance of the DSPs.
• Developing the DSP landscape for new delivery stations and successfully implementing new DSP models and initiatives.
• Establishing a high DSP compliance level as well as fair working conditions for DSPs and Delivery Associates.
