Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to head the IT Infrastructure and Security function. This is a mission-critical role responsible for securing, strengthening, and scaling the organization's technology backbone, while enabling digital growth and ensuring regulatory resilience. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT infrastructure and cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Design and oversee secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure environments.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including RBI IT and cybersecurity guidelines.
- Oversee cybersecurity frameworks, governance, risk management, and incident response.
- Manage audits, security assessments, and regulatory inspections.
- Lead SOC activities and continuous threat monitoring.
- Drive cloud adoption and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
