Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the IT Infrastructure & Operations strategy.
- Oversee enterprise infrastructure including servers, storage, networking, databases and cloud technologies.
- Ensure high availability, disaster recovery and business continuity.
- Lead IT service delivery and ITIL-based operational processes.
- Manage information security, infrastructure risks and compliance.
- Deliver infrastructure projects within scope, budget and timelines.
- Lead, mentor and develop the Infrastructure & Operations team.
- Build strong stakeholder and vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and organisational standards.
