Field Service Engineer

Your role

  • To provide technical service and support to our customers, through regular on-site visits, providing repairs and tool calibrations. Working as part of the Atlas Copco Service team, to continuously improve our customer satisfaction.

  • To provide repairs and field service support on Industrial Power Tooling including Electronic, Pneumatic handheld and fixtured tools.

  • To provide the customer with technical support during breakdowns, over the phone and when required on site.

  • To conduct regular customer visits providing technical support, assistance and guidance as and when required.
