• Maintain and organize the reception area to reflect Le Majlis standards
• Manage phone lines and respond to booking inquiries
• Track daily covers, no-shows, and generate reservation reports
• Upsell retail pastries, special promotions, and events
• Collaborate with management on service improvements and guest feedback
• Maintain Seven Rooms database accuracy and cleanliness

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as a hostess, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
