This role ensures the highest standards of customer service, safety, and environmental stewardship. The position is responsible for delivering educational, engaging, and memorable experiences to guests while adhering to conservation and industry best practises. Job Duties Conduct and lead full trail guided safaris, ensuring safety, professionalism, and compliance with all regulatory and company policies. Plan and organise daily safari routes and schedules, taking into account weather, wildlife activity, and guest preferences.
