Job Summary
The Head Golf Professional (PGA) is the leader responsible for all golf-related revenue centers and daily operations at Camarillo Springs Golf Course. This role drives financial performance, guest experience, and team leadership across golf operations, including the golf shop, tee sheet management, tournaments/outings, merchandising, cart fleet, and the practice facility (including Toptracer-enabled driving range).
This position requires a hands-on operator with strong leadership capability, revenue-generation mindset, and a commitment to delivering a best-in-class public golf experience consistent with Western Golf Properties standards.
