Role Purpose

To provide strategic financial leadership, controls, and governance frameworks that support the achievement of the group’s vision and business objectives. Serving as a strategic business partner to the Executive Board, the person directs the group’s overall financial strategy, capital allocation, risk management, and financial performance across a diverse portfolio of businesses (including FMCG, agriculture, automotive, and industrial engineering) to ensure sustainable growth and long-term value creation.
