  • Own end-to-end ER strategy for the entire site (7-8 plants, thousands of employees).
  • Establish a stable, long-term industrial relations framework aligned to business growth.
  • Lead union engagement, negotiations, and settlements (wage agreements, charters, productivity deals).
  • Proactively manage employee sentiment, grievances, and dispute resolution.
