The Head, Enterprise Architecture, Engineering Governance & Enablement is a senior enterprise leadership role responsible for the definition, governance, and automation of engineering standards and policies across the Bank. This role focuses on the how of technology delivery—ensuring that software development life cycle (SDLC) and architectural policies and standards are consistently applied to drive scalability, reliability, security, and regulatory compliance at scale. By bridging the gap between high-level architecture and engineering execution, the leader enables rapid innovation through the rollout of automated governance and streaming capabilities. By transitioning governance from manual oversight to an automated, streamlined model, the goal is to help optimize the bank's total cost of ownership (TCO) and capital efficiency while enabling rapid innovation across distributed engineering teams.
