Job Description
Accor Dubai is seeking a Guest Services Coordinator to ensure seamless guest experiences across the lobby and parking operations. You will respond to guest requests, coordinate with hotel departments, and train staff on venue features and services.
You will supervise luggage handling, valet parking, and event services, maintain presentation standards, and lead by example during peak periods. Prior experience in a luxury hotel is preferred.
