Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
- Lead and manage the overall quality, profitability, and performance of the loan portfolio and related business to achieve volume and income targets.
- Establish long‑term objectives and formulate business strategies and marketing plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Administer, plan, and control Center operations to ensure efficiency, risk mitigation, and compliance.
- Present loan and credit approval memoranda to Executive Committees together with the Center Head and/or Account Officers.
- Set volume, income, and business development targets for Account Officers.
- Conduct regular client calls and site visits with Account Officers to build strong relationships and obtain first‑hand business insights.
- Review credit and loan proposals to ensure proper structuring, risk assessment, presentation, and compliance with policies.
