Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and creative Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations and culinary direction. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience in high-volume upscale dining, team development, menu innovation, and maintaining exceptional food quality and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all kitchen operations, including prep, service, staffing, and scheduling.
- Develop seasonal menus and feature dishes aligned with the Noyaa concept.
- Maintain food quality, presentation, consistency, and kitchen standards.
- Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen team members.
- Manage food cost, inventory, ordering, and waste control.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Work closely with ownership and management on culinary strategy and guest experience.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and high-performance kitchen culture.
