The Role

A proven Head Chef orĀ Senior Sous Chef with deep experience in Cantonese or Chinese cuisine, strong people leadership capability and the confidence to help launch a high-profile new restaurant.


You will bring calm operational discipline, commercialĀ awarenessĀ and a passion for developing chefs whileĀ maintainingĀ the standards Queen Chow is known for.Ā 


You'll:Ā 

  • Lead the kitchenĀ teamĀ and bring the Queen Chow experience to lifeĀ in Narooma.Ā 

  • Deliver authentic, modern Cantonese cuisine with consistency and precision.Ā 

  • Develop and mentor a high-performingĀ team.Ā 

  • Drive food quality, kitchenĀ cultureĀ and commercial performance.Ā 

  • Champion premium local seafood andĀ the bestĀ seasonal produceĀ from the NSW South Coast.Ā 

  • Work closely with Merivale's culinary leadership toĀ establishĀ an exceptional new venue.Ā
