We are looking for a creative, detail-driven chef to lead menu innovation and recipe development, helping shape the food and beverage identity of our cafe subsidiary.
- The Role
The Chef will develop new dishes, drinks, and seasonal menus while ensuring everything we serve is consistent, cost-effective, and scalable for daily café operations.
- Responsibilities:
- Design and test new menu items (food and beverage), from concept to final recipe
- Standardize recipes with precise measurements, plating guides, and prep instructions for consistency across shifts
- Source and evaluate ingredients, including seasonal and local options
- Calculate food costs and portion sizes to keep new items profitable
