The Bothy Glasgow, 11 Ruthven Lane, Glasgow, Lanarkshire, G12 9BG The Bothy is a Scottish restaurant set in a beautiful 150-year-old converted farmhouse in the heart of Glasgow’s West end.
We are looking for an ambitious and creative head chef with a background in Michelin/AA Rosette recommended restaurants to push our menus to the next level.
Working with the best produce Scotland has to offer delivered by award winning suppliers. Every dish is made from scratch in our newly refurbished kitchen, from filleting and boning whole fish & butchering meat in-house to stocks & sauces.
Our menus change seasonally, and you will have control over all new dishes on our a la carte menu.
