Job Description

An established luxury hospitality collection is seeking an experienced and creative Head Chef to lead its culinary team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences aligned with high-end guest expectations, while managing kitchen operations, team performance, and food quality standards.



Key Responsibilities


Lead, mentor, and manage the kitchen brigade to ensure high performance and consistency


Design and develop innovative, seasonal menus in line with brand standards


Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control across all services


Manage stock control, food costing, and supplier relationships


Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations


Collaborate with management on guest experience and special events


Drive kitchen efficiency, cost control, and waste reduction initiatives
