Position Summary

The Head Carpenter / Assistant Site Superintendent supports the Site Superintendent in overseeing day-to-day construction activities while leading carpentry crews and coordinating site operations. This role combines hands‑on carpentry expertise with leadership, scheduling, quality control, and site coordination to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise carpentry crews and subcontractors on site
• Assist the Site Superintendent with daily site management and project coordination
• Coordinate construction activities to maintain schedules and milestones
