Position Title: Head Business HR & Talent Acquisition
Location: Mumbai

Job Purpose The Head of Business HR and Talent Acquisition will serve as a strategic architect, aligning the company's human capital strategy with its long-term business goals. This role dual-hats the responsibilities of leading pan-India talent acquisition (from niche corporate roles to high-volume distribution hiring) and heading the Business HR Business Partnering (HRBP) function to drive organizational design, performance culture, and talent retention across business.
Key Responsibilities
1.Strategic Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning
Hiring Strategy: Own the corporate, lateral, and volume talent acquisition strategy across Corporate, Zonal, and Branch structures.
Niche & Leadership Sourcing: Personally oversee executive-level hiring and critical, highly specialized life insurance roles.
