Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head Brewer to join an established and growing independent brewery.
We're looking for a passionate brewing professional with strong leadership experience to take ownership of the brewing operation, driving quality, efficiency and continuous improvement across production.
This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for overseeing the entire brewing process, managing the production team and ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety and operational performance.
