We are looking for an experienced and customer‑focused Senior Barista to lead the day-to-day operations of our specialty café, located within our Recruitment Hub. This role is ideal for someone with a genuine passion for third-wave coffee, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences for candidates, clients, and team members visiting our office.
Key Responsibilities
Café Operations
- Prepare and serve premium espresso-based beverages and other café offerings to specialty coffee standards.
- Manage daily opening and closing procedures.
- Oversee cash handling, POS operations, and end-of-day cash reconciliation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café environment at all times.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety standards.
Team Leadership
